Please note, treatments can vary depending on what your specific lawn actually needs. We adjust certain treatments based on certain factors with your lawn. We understand every single lawn is different and may require a different program!

We strategically apply our pre-emergent based on current soil temperatures and our climate to ensure we get the maximum results for your lawn! We understand the climate here in North Texas can be very unpredictable so we make sure the timing is right!

Throughout the spring and summer growing season, we focus on what your lawn and soil needs when we apply our fertilizer and soil amendments. Our goal is to create a thick and green lawn with our personalized program! 

We know that during the growing season, pesky weeds sometimes find their way into your lawn. When we visit your property, if we notice any weeds, we will treat them with our selective weed control. 

Each time we are at your property, we also check for any lawn damaging insects as well as any potential signs of a lawn fungus or disease. We will diagnose and treat accordingly.

 Each application is typically scheduled between 4-6 weeks apart for a total of 8 times throughout the year. If you have any questions with your lawn or maybe you just noticed a weed that popped up, no problem! We will visit your lawn free of charge in between applications to address any concerns!
